We have officially broken all the snow fall records in this area. And have had freezing temperatures. After the first initial blizzard we recieved another 12 1/2 inches. The kids have only gone to school 2 days in 2 weeks.

We had to shovel the snow off the deck so it wouldn't colapse. Everything has turned to ice.

This is the road in front of our house by the driveway. The snow plows focased on the main roads so we had to wait a week before we got plowed. No mail, no garbage collection, federal government shut down. Peter and I took the girls sledding on Jean Louise again and the snow was up to our thighs. It was fun! Had to make several runs just to get the sleds to run from top to bottom. Good news was it was a real good workout getting back up the hill in the deep snow. I have hardley seen the boys they have a group of neighborhood friends that have been building snow caves and playing outside and then come over here and play video games in the basement for hours. From Man Cave to Snow cave all the days long. We will remember this winter for years to come.
