Tonsils and Ticks
Sara got her tonsils and adnoids out yesterday morning. She really fought the anatesioligist when they put the mask over her face to make her go to sleep. They let me go into the operating room and she just clung to me and held her breath and then started pulling the mask off saying she couldn't breathe. I was about to cry... The doctor asked someone to turn up the gass because he had to use two hands to keep the mask on Sara's face and it was taking too long because she was fighting everyone. She is doing well and trying to recover. Her throat hurts and she has been sleeping alot during the day and then up all night. She started vomiting today so I took her into the ENT and they gave her a shot of Phengerin to help her to keep liquids and food down. And to make matters worse I found a little tick on her at the Dr. office and then 3 more tiny ones when we got home.EEEEWWWW. We went on a Hike on tuesday to pass off some scout stuff and must of brought them home with us, on us or Eva...Ticks have been really bad this year in this region. They were no bigger than a head of a pin, so they are easy to miss but still dangerous. Good news is that the house will be scrubbed clean and laundry done because It grosses me out to think about bugs in the house. Excuse me I have to go clean now.
