ITS A DOGGONE DAY

Eva howled all night, so around 2:30am I got up and as soon as I came down stairs I could smell the dreaded dog vomit. It was the worst I've seen since the pickle masacre that Jamie upchucked in our double bed as kids in our apt. in Moscow (sorry James, but I still remember it dripping off the wall). So as the family slept quietly in their cozy beds I begin shoveling the barf up and moving everything out to the backyard patio to hose off. The smell was unbearable and I kept dry heaving, so once I got everything out of the house and cleaned up the carpet I had to rinse myself off and try to get some sleep. In the morning we disinfected everything except for Ms. Stinky herself. We decided it would be easier for us to wash Eva at home than wait to get an appointed at Petsmart. At first she was a little skiddish of the hose but then soon realize she loved the 8 hand massage and scrubbing. We did have alot of fun and found that we could save $60 by washing our own dog. I waited until Peter came home from work to have "the talk" because he has been the main culpit of feeding Eva leftovers. EVA ONLY EATS DOGFOOD NOT PEOPLE FOOD!!

And yet this is not all... Eva has recently learned how to jump our 6ft. backyard fence! This is just lovely. To our surpise she has greeted us on the driveway when we come home and is sometimes found in our neighbors backyard or on our front porch chewing something that she shouldn't like my favorite flip flops...don't ask. I didn't sign up for this!!! Any advice would be helpful.
