Summer, It's a Wrap...

We have had so much fun with our new baby puppies, it has been the highlight of our summer. They have all opened their eyes and are walking and have tiny teeth.
We took a fun trip to Lake Anna and rented a boat for the day to go fishing over Labor Day weekend. It was a nice day, but didn't catch a single fish.

We got this adorable Lemonade stand from some friends of ours who used it for their daughters wedding reception. Sara and I were so excited about it and had a very successful day of squeezing lemons. (Sara and I were setting up when the earthquake struck)

Ohh, the joy when all the hollering and pains of practice finally pay off.

This possee of boys (all big and little brother combos) live in our neighborhood and just floated back and forth between houses all summer long. Lots of video gaming, biking, basketball, EATING, walking trips to robeks & mcdonalds, games of Axis and Allies etc. I smell sweaty boys.

So, Quinn learned how to make homemade bread this summer and has started a tradition of making a couple of loaves every sunday. It is so yummy, the family eats one loaf right off the bat and I usually eat the second loaf all by myself.
