I am on another one of my health kicks and found this great muffin reciepe. I have made 2 batches in three days, the kids love them!
Whole Wheat Honey Banana Muffins
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup canola oil
1 cup honey
4 eggs
4 ripe mashed bananas
1/2 hot water
Stir together dry ingredients
Beat oil and honey together; add eggs and beat well
Add bananans and beat to combine
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with hot water.
Mix well after each addition
Spoon batter into 24 greased ( I used crisco) muffin pans
Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes
